RADS is built around four distinct layers that work together to create a flexible, reconfigurable system. From the vehicle interface to the module itself, and from external equipment to internal payloads, each layer has a defined role – making it easier to adapt capability as requirements change.
DockLock is the interface between the vehicle and the RADS module. It enables compatible modules to be securely mounted, removed, exchanged, or transferred between RADS-equipped vehicles without permanently tying the capability to a single platform.
UniCAGE™, UniCAP™ and other RADS modules form the physical foundation of the system. Each is designed around a specific role or environment while remaining part of the same modular ecosystem – with new modules and capabilities continuously being developed and added.
ArxLock provides modular mounting rail across the exterior surfaces of compatible RADS modules. Accessories, brackets, sensors, antennas and other mission equipment can be added, removed, repositioned, or replaced as operational requirements evolve.
Standard T-rails inside the modules provide a flexible interface for securing payloads, equipment, storage systems and mission-specific installations. Internal configurations can be adapted without redesigning the module itself.
01
One architecture across multiple platforms.
RADS is designed to bring vehicles, modules and capabilities into a common modular ecosystem – enabling greater interoperability without permanently tying capability to a single vehicle.
02
Change what the vehicle can do.
DockLock™ enables compatible RADS modules to be attached, removed and transferred rapidly. Equipment and mission configurations can then be adapted independently as requirements change.
03
Designed for integration across vehicle platforms.
RADS is not defined by a single vehicle make, model or platform. Vehicle-specific and universal integration solutions enable the same modular architecture to be deployed across an expanding range of mobility platforms.
04
The vehicle is the carrier. The capability remains transferable.
DockLock™ releases in seconds, allowing compatible modules to be removed and transferred between RADS-ready vehicles in minutes. If one vehicle becomes unavailable, the capability does not have to go with it.
RADS can be delivered to any light vehicle platform – pickups, flatbeds, ATVs, trailers, UGVs – without structural modification. DockLock adapts to the vehicle. The vehicle does not adapt to RADS.
